At KALI SOUL, each product is custom-made just for you. We take pride in delivering high-quality, original T-shirts right to your doorstep with care and efficiency.

Order Processing

  • All our T-shirts are printed on demand, which means we start production after you place your order.

  • Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch.

Delivery Timeline

  • Standard Delivery (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • We currently ship across all major pin codes in India.

Note: Delivery timelines may be slightly extended during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen situations.

Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

  • You can also check your order status anytime through our Track Order page.

Undeliverable Packages

  • Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate at checkout.

  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping will be chargeable.
